Journal ArticleDOI

Alteration of lymphocyte trafficking by sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor agonists.

TL;DR: It is shown that lymphocyte trafficking is altered by the lysophospholipid sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) and by a phosphoryl metabolites of the immunosuppressive agent FTY720.
Journal ArticleDOI

Specialized Contributions by α(1,3)-Fucosyltransferase-IV and FucT-VII during Leukocyte Rolling in Dermal Microvessels

TL;DR: A role for FucT-IV is demonstrated in selectin-dependent adhesion and it is suggested that the endothelial selectins and FucTs have distinct but overlapping functions in the immunosurveillance of the skin.
Journal Article

Identification of a new mouse beta-chemokine, thymus-derived chemotactic agent 4, with activity on T lymphocytes and mesangial cells.

TL;DR: Competitive binding studies with a SV40-transformed mouse mesangial cell line demonstrated that other murine beta-chemokines do not compete for TCA4 binding, and the potential role of this novel chemokine in facilitating normal lymphocyte traffic is discussed.
