All-in-one self-powered flexible microsystems based on triboelectric nanogenerators

TL;DR: In this article, the feasibility of self-powered flexible micro-systems by introducing the technology of TENG around the following major categories: working principles, advanced materials, Teng-based active sensors, TENG-powered actuators, and integrated microsystems.
Journal ArticleDOI

D-Band Micromachined Silicon Rectangular Waveguide Filter

TL;DR: In this paper, a 140 GHz silicon micromachined bandpass rectangular waveguide filters are firstly fabricated by the deep reactive ion etching (DRIE) processes for submillimeter wave applications.
Journal ArticleDOI

Single-Layer Triboelectric Nanogenerators Based on Ion-Doped Natural Nanofibrils.

TL;DR: A single-layer triboelectric nanogenerator (SL-TENG) based on ion-doped natural nanofibrils that enables TENGs to show greater potential for applications since the ultrasimple single- layer configuration enables it to be more easily integrated with other electronic components.
Journal ArticleDOI

Unidirectional-current triboelectric nanogenerator based on periodical lateral-cantilevers

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a new unidirectional-current triboelectric nanogenerator (UC-TENG) based on an innovative design of periodical lateral-cantilevers.
Journal ArticleDOI

Use of Hierarchical Cascading Technique for FEM Analysis of Transverse-Mode Behaviors in Surface Acoustic-Wave Devices

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that HCT enables rapid calculation for successive simulation with scanning design parameters, and it is shown that GPGPU can accelerate HCT calculation dramatically, especially for 3-D cases discussed in this article.
