CIGS absorbers and processes

TL;DR: The current status and future perspectives of CIGS solar cells and modules are discussed in this paper, and the current status, problems, and prospects of co-evaporation and selenization are discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI

ZnO transparent conducting films deposited by pulsed laser deposition for solar cell applications

TL;DR: In this article, low resistivity and highly transparent ZnO conducting films for thin-film solar cell applications were fabricated at low temperature by pulsed laser deposition, which achieved an average optical transmission of 91% for wavelengths between 400 and 1100 nm.
Journal ArticleDOI

Uniaxial locked epitaxy of ZnO on the a face of sapphire

TL;DR: In this paper, high-resolution x-ray diffraction measurements show an increase in lateral coherence length from several tens of nanometers to > 0.7μm for growth of c-oriented ZnO on the a surface as opposed to the c surface of sapphire.
