TL;DR: New measurements of the proton electromagnetic form factor ratio using the recoil polarization method are reported, extending the range of Q2 for which G(E)(p) is accurately determined by more than 50%, which will provide significant constraints on models of nucleon structure in the nonperturbative regime.

TL;DR: The electric form factor of the neutron was determined from studies of the reaction in quasi-elastic kinematics in Hall A at Jefferson Lab as mentioned in this paper, where neutrons were detected in a magnetic spectrometer in coincidence with neutrons that were registered in a large solid angle detector.
