Journal ArticleDOI

A high-mobility two-dimensional electron gas at the spinel/perovskite interface of γ-Al2O3/SrTiO3.

TL;DR: The spinel/perovskiteTwo-dimensional electron gas, where the two-dimensional conduction character is revealed by quantum magnetoresistance oscillations, is found to result from interface-stabilized oxygen vacancies confined within a layer of 0.9 nm in proximity to the interface.
Journal ArticleDOI

Local structure study of tellurium corrosion of nickel alloy by X-ray absorption spectroscopy

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used Extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) complemented by first-principles density functional theory (DFT) calculations was used to characterize the atomic local structure of tellurium in nickel at operando temperature of 1000°C.
Journal ArticleDOI

Low temperature synthesis of oxyfluoride CsTi2O2.85F3.15 from a layered oxide Cs0.68Ti1.83O4

TL;DR: In this article , the pyrochlore-type oxyfluoride CsTi2O2.85F3.15 was synthesized from layered oxide Cs0.68Ti1.83O4 under non-topochemical reactions.
