Kevin D. Hyde, +100 more
- 04 Dec 2017 -
TL;DR: This study introduces a new family Fuscostagonosporaceae in Dothideomycetes and introduces the new ascomycete genera Acericola, Castellaniomyces, Dictyosporina and Longitudinalis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Bioactive Phytochemical Constituents of Wild Edible Mushrooms from Southeast Asia.

TL;DR: In this review, the bioactive compounds isolated from 25 selected wild edible mushrooms growing in Southeast Asia have been reviewed, together with their biological activities.
Journal ArticleDOI

Flavonoid oligoglycosides from Ophioglossum vulgatum L. having wound healing properties.

TL;DR: Two new glycosylated and acylated flavonols were isolated from the aerial parts of the fern Ophioglossum vulgatum L and found to be active in scratch-wound healing assays on keratinocytes, with 3 being the most active one and showing maximum activity at 20 µM.
Journal ArticleDOI

Terpenoids from Russula lepida and R. amarissima (Basidiomycota, Russulaceae).

TL;DR: Four aristolane sesquiterpenes were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Russula lepida and R. amarissima and a seco-cucurbitane triterpene showed moderate cell growth inhibitory activity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Oleuropein-Enriched Olive Leaf Extract Affects Calcium Dynamics and Impairs Viability of Malignant Mesothelioma Cells

TL;DR: Data suggest that the oleuropein-enriched fraction from olive leaf extract could have pharmacological application in malignant mesothelioma anticancer therapy, possibly by targeting T-type Ca2+ channels and thereby dysregulating intracellularCa2+ dynamics.
