JASP: Graphical Statistical Software for Common Statistical Designs

TL;DR: This paper introduces JASP, a free graphical software package for basic statistical procedures such as t tests, ANOVAs, linear regression models, and analyses of contingency tables that provides some of the recent developments in Bayesian hypothesis testing and Bayesian parameter estimation.

Software to Sharpen Your Stats

TL;DR: This work introduces JASP, an graphical environment for statistical analyses that combines the strength of R, open-source and state-of-the-art statistical methods, with the flexibility and accessibility of proprietary statistical software.
Journal ArticleDOI

Bayesian techniques for analyzing group differences in the Iowa Gambling Task: A case study of intuitive and deliberate decision-makers.

TL;DR: A Bayesian alternative based on Bayesian repeated-measures ANOVA for comparing performance, and a suite of three complementary model-based methods for assessing the cognitive processes underlying IGT performance are presented, highlighting the advantages of Bayesian methods, especially their ability to quantify evidence in favor of the null hypothesis.
