Journal ArticleDOI

JASP: Graphical Statistical Software for Common Statistical Designs

TL;DR: This paper introduces JASP, a free graphical software package for basic statistical procedures such as t tests, ANOVAs, linear regression models, and analyses of contingency tables that provides some of the recent developments in Bayesian hypothesis testing and Bayesian parameter estimation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Selecting traits that explain species–environment relationships: a generalized linear mixed model approach

TL;DR: The GLMM approach can be used to identify which species traits and environmental variables best explain the species distribution, and which traits are significantly correlated with environmental variables.
Journal ArticleDOI

Quantification of the relationship between strigolactones and Striga hermonthica infection in rice under varying levels of nitrogen and phosphorus

TL;DR: Results show that the positive effect of fertiliser application in S. hermonthica control is, at least partly, because of the suppression of strigolactone production and hence of S.Hermonthica germination and subsequent attachment.
