Journal ArticleDOI
A far-infrared study of the N/O abundance ratio in galactic H II regions
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented new measurements for W43 (G30.8-0.8), Orion A, and G75.4, which are located at widely varying distances from the galactic center.
Journal ArticleDOI
Observations of infrared emission from a fast-moving knot in Cassiopeia A
TL;DR: In this paper, the metal-rich knots in Cas A using instrumentation at the NASA IR Telescope Facility were detected and upper limits were set on the forbidden Ar III and forbidden Ne II emissions, which are now expected to be completely due to lines that may be accessible to the 12 microns sensor on the IRAS.
Journal ArticleDOI
Mid-Infrared Imaging of the Bipolar Planetary Nebula M2-9 from SOFIA
Michael W. Werner,Raghvendra Sahai,Jack T.C. Davis,John H. Livingston,Foteini Lykou,J. M. De Buizer,Mark Morris,Luke D. Keller,J. D. Adams,George E. Gull,Charles P. Henderson,Terry Herter,J. Schoenwald +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used the FORCAST instrument to image the bipolar planetary nebula M2-9 in six wavelength bands between 6.6 and 37.1 µm.
Journal ArticleDOI
Physical Parameters of the Multiplanet Systems HD 106315 and GJ 9827

Hill,Malena Rice,Stephen R. Kane,Andrew W. Mayo,Andrew W. Mayo +48 more
TL;DR: In this article, a Gaussian process informed from the Calcium II H&K lines was used to more accurately model the effect of stellar noise on the data, enabling accurate transit prediction required for future atmospheric characterization through transmission spectroscopy.
Journal ArticleDOI
High-Resolution Mid-Infrared Observations of Very Young Stellar Objects in NGC 1333
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used the mid-infrared camera MIRLIN to detect 22 young stellar objects in the region of NGC 1333 by using a high-resolution camera.
