Transcriptomic insights into the immune response of the intestine to Aeromonas veronii infection in northern snakehead (Channa argus).

TL;DR: In this article , a de novo northern snakehead (Channa argus) transcriptome assembly using Illumina sequencing platform was performed, and the results reflected the consistency of the expression levels between qRT-PCR and RNA-seq data.
Posted ContentDOI

Genomic and Transcriptomic Determinants of Resistance to CDK4/6 Inhibitors and Response to Combined Exemestane plus Everolimus and Palbociclib in Patients with Metastatic Hormone Receptor Positive Breast Cancer

TL;DR: A phase I/II clinical trial of exemestane plus everolimus and palbociclib, triplet therapy for CDK4/6i-resistant hormone receptor-positive (HR+), HER2- metastatic breast cancer, revealed that genomic resistance mechanisms were associated with transcriptomic features in their respective pathways, suggesting that transcriptsomic features could be used to identify the pathways driving resistance.
Book ChapterDOI

APPENDIX C – Research Studies in Patterns of Scientific Communication: I, General Description of Research Program

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors describe the general procedures and some findings of over 70 studies which they conducted from 1966 to 1971 on the information exchange activities of over 12,000 scientists and engineers in a sample of nine physical, social and engineering sciences.
Journal ArticleDOI

Whole exome sequencing reveals novel variants associated with diminished ovarian reserve in young women

TL;DR: In this article , a set of mutated genes that may be related to DOR was obtained, where the missense variant on GPR84 was selected for further study, and it was found that GPR 84Y370H variant promotes the expression of proinflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL12B, IL-1β) and chemokines (CCL2, CCL5), as well as activation of NF-κB signaling pathway.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Research on multi-subject transaction optimization of integrated energy system based on coordinated operation

TL;DR: In this article , a preferential method for cooperative alliance of integrated energy system based on the solution idea of cooperative game kernel as the theoretical basis and operation optimization method as technical support is proposed.
