Duodenum Exclusion Alone Is Sufficient to Improve Glucose Metabolism in STZ-Induced Diabetes Rats
Weihang Wu,Li Lin,Zhixiong Lin,Weijin Yang,Zhicong Cai,Jie Hong,Jiandong Qiu,Chen Lin,Nan Lin,Yu Wang +9 more
TL;DR: Exclusion of the duodenum alone and tube placement can effectively prevent duodenal reflux and improve glucose homeostasis, which further suggests that theduodenum plays an important role in T2DM.
Association of 17q22 Amplicon Via Cell-Free DNA With Platinum Chemotherapy Response in Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer.
Katharine Collier,Sarah Asad,David Tallman,Janet Jenison,Andrei Rajkovic,Elaine R. Mardis,Heather A. Parsons,Sara M. Tolaney,Eric P. Winer,Nan Lin,Gavin Ha,Viktor A. Adalsteinsson,Daniel G. Stover +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, specific copy number alterations detectable in circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) from patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC) are associated with increased mortality.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pt nanozyme-bridged covalent organic framework-aptamer nanoplatform for tumor targeted self-strengthening photocatalytic therapy.
TL;DR: In this paper , a nanozyme bridging (NZB) strategy was proposed for COF functionalization, in which platinum nanoparticles (Pt NPs) as catalase mimics were in situ grown on the surface of COF NPs without reducing their drug loading capacity, and thiol-terminated aptamer was further densely decorated onto CP NPs via a stable Pt-S bond.
