Influence of Gender on Global Myocardial Ischemia Tolerance and Mitochondrial Function in Circulatory Death Donor Hearts.

TL;DR: In this paper , the influence of gender on global myocardial ischemia tolerance and mitochondrial function was studied in male and female donor heart transplant patients, and the results suggest that the susceptibility to ischemias is not the reason for suboptimal transplant outcomes with female donor hearts.
Journal ArticleDOI

In Situ Albumin-Hitchhiking NIR-II Probes for Accurate Detection of Micrometastases.

TL;DR: In this article , an in situ albumin-hitchhiking near-infrared window II (NIR-II) fluorescence probe, IR1080, was designed for the precise detection of micrometastases and subsequent fluorescence image-guided surgery.

Monoclonal antibody against human PrPc and use thereof

TL;DR: In this paper, a monoclonal antibody against human PrPc protein capable of reducing the expression level of transcription factor Twist1 in a targeting mode and inducing macrophage and NK cells to target to rectal cancer tumor cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

Assessment of mitochondrial respiratory capacity using minimally invasive and noninvasive techniques in persons with spinal cord injury

TL;DR: This is the first study to explore and support the agreement of less invasive clinical techniques for assessing mitochondrial respiratory capacity in individuals with SCI and the findings will assist in the application of PBMCs as a viable alternative for assessing mitochondria health in persons withSCI in future clinical studies.
