NH2CH═NH2PbI3: An Alternative Organolead Iodide Perovskite Sensitizer for Mesoscopic Solar Cells
Shuping Pang,Hao Hu,Jiliang Zhang,Siliu Lv,Yaming Yu,Feng Wei,Tianshi Qin,Hongxia Xu,Zhihong Liu,Guanglei Cui +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, a nearly cubic NH2CH═NH2PbI3 (FAPbI 3) perovskite was synthesized for the mesoscopic solar cells.
Journal ArticleDOI
Organic solar cells using a high-molecular-weight benzodithiophene-benzothiadiazole copolymer with an efficiency of 9.4%.
Jegadesan Subbiah,Balaji Purushothaman,Ming Chen,Tianshi Qin,Mei Gao,Doojin Vak,Fiona H. Scholes,Xiwen Chen,Scott E. Watkins,Gerard J. Wilson,Andrew B. Holmes,Andrew B. Holmes,Wallace W. H. Wong,David J. Jones +13 more
TL;DR: A high molecular weight donor-acceptor conjugated polymer is synthesized using the Suzuki polycondensation method and a single-junction bulk-heterojunction solar cell is fabricated giving a power conversion efficiency of 9.4% using a fullerene-modified ZnO interlayer at the cathode contact.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tailored donor-acceptor polymers with an A-D1-A-D2 structure: controlling intermolecular interactions to enable enhanced polymer photovoltaic devices.
Tianshi Qin,Wojciech Zajaczkowski,Wojciech Pisula,Martin Baumgarten,Ming Chen,Mei Gao,Gerry Wilson,Christopher D. Easton,Klaus Müllen,Scott E. Watkins +9 more
TL;DR: The chemical synthesis approach that enables the preparation of A-D1-A-D2 polymers therefore represents a promising new route to materials for high-efficiency organic photovoltaic devices.
Journal ArticleDOI
A divergent synthesis of very large polyphenylene dendrimers with iridium(III) cores: molecular size effect on the performance of phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes.
TL;DR: Dendrimer G3 possesses the highest efficiency device compared to other generation dendrimers, since it can not only prevent intermolecular triplet-triplet annihilation, thereby increasing the PLQY, but also provide an effective charge carrier mobility from the periphery to the Ir(III) core.
Journal ArticleDOI
Amorphous hole-transporting layer in slot-die coated perovskite solar cells
Tianshi Qin,Tianshi Qin,Wenchao Huang,Jueng Eun Kim,Doojin Vak,Craig M. Forsyth,Christopher R. McNeill,Yi-Bing Cheng,Yi-Bing Cheng +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a twisted but fully π-conjugated 2,2′,7,7′-tetrakis(N,N-di- p -methoxyphenyl)amine-9,9′-bifluorenylidene (Bifluo-OMeTAD) was applied into slot-die coated devices, which exhibits excellent film forming properties and outperforms the well-known Spiro-OMETAD HTM.
