TL;DR: The results suggest that the risk of HIV transmission in gay couples through condomless sex when HIV viral load is suppressed is effectively zero, which supports the message of the U=U (undetectable equals untransmittable) campaign, and the benefits of early testing and treatment for HIV.

Pegylated interferon-alpha for the treatment of sexually transmitted acute hepatitis C in HIV-infected individuals.

TL;DR: Treatment of hepatitis C in HIV-positive individuals in the acute phase of infection leads to high rates of sustained virological response, and Peg-IFN alone showed similar treatment response rates and lower incidence of anaemia compared with peg-IFn+ribavirin combination therapy.
