Journal ArticleDOI

Noisy galvanic vestibular stimulation modulates the amplitude of EEG synchrony patterns.

TL;DR: It is proposed that modulation of neural oscillations is a potential mechanism for the previously-described cognitive and motor effects of vestibular stimulation, and noisy galvanic vestibul stimulation may provide an additional non-invasive means for neuromodulation of functional brain networks.
Journal ArticleDOI

Endovascular thrombectomy versus standard bridging thrombolytic with endovascular thrombectomy within 4·5 h of stroke onset: an open-label, blinded-endpoint, randomised non-inferiority trial

TL;DR: The clinical outcomes of patients with stroke with large vessel occlusion treated with direct endovascular thrombectomy within 4·5 h would be non-inferior compared with the outcomes of those treated with standard bridging therapy, as well as the intention-to-treat population, were hypothesized.
Journal ArticleDOI

Brain and cord myelin water imaging: a progressive multiple sclerosis biomarker.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that mcDESPOT can be used to measure myelin and atrophy in the brain and spinal cord and correlate well with clinical disability scores in PPMS representing cognitive, fine motor and ambulatory disability.
