Journal ArticleDOI

Phenolic lipids from related marine algae of the order dictyotales

TL;DR: The structures of these new metabolites have been isolated from the related brown algae Zonaria farlowii, Z diesingiana and Lobophora papenfussii based on extensive spectral analyses and comparisons with model compounds.
Journal ArticleDOI

Tropolactones A-D, four meroterpenoids from a marine-derived fungus of the genus Aspergillus

TL;DR: Four cytotoxic meroterpenoids, Tropolactones A-D, were isolated from the whole broth extract of a marine-derived fungus of the genus Aspergillus and contain an interesting substituted 2,4,6-cycloheptatriene (tropone) ring, which presumably arises through an oxidative ring expansion from tropolactone D.
Journal ArticleDOI

Bohemamines from a marine-derived Streptomyces sp.

TL;DR: Investigation of the culture extracts of a marine-derived Streptomyces sp.
