Journal ArticleDOI
Characterization of transection spinal cord injuries by monitoring somatosensory evoked potentials and motor behavior.
TL;DR: The results show SSEP signals and BBB scores are both closely associated with transection model and injury progression, however, the two assessment modalities demonstrate different sensitivity in measuring injury progression when it comes to late-stage double hemi-transection, complete transections and hemi -transections injury.
Journal ArticleDOI
High-fidelity imaging of amyloid-beta deposits with an ultrasensitive fluorescent probe facilitates the early diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's Disease
Rong Rong Tao,Ning Wang,Tian-Xiang Shen,Yuhang Tan,Yong Ren,Wenjing Wei,Mei-hua Liao,Davin Tan,Chun-hong Tang,Nenggui Xu,Huan Wang,Xiaogang Liu,Xin Li +12 more
TL;DR: It is expected that AH-2 is promising for early diagnosis of AD and will serve as a sensitive tool for studying Aβ-related AD pathology.
Journal ArticleDOI
Uncovering the Metabolic Origin of Aspartate for Tumor Growth Using an Integrated Molecular Deactivator
Ruixue Duan,Yuanyuan Xu,Xuemei Zeng,Jiahui Xu,Liangliang Liang,Zhenzhen Zhang,Zhimin Wang,Xiaoxiao Jiang,Bengang Xing,Bi-Feng Liu,Angelo H. All,Xiaosong Li,Luke P. Lee,Luke P. Lee,Luke P. Lee,Xiaogang Liu +15 more
TL;DR: The experimental data confirm that the cellular synthesis of aspartate for tumor growth is glucose-dependent, and demonstrates the untapped potential of molecularly engineered upconversion nanoprobes for discovering hidden metabolic pathways and improving therapeutic efficacy of conventional antitumor drugs.
Journal ArticleDOI
