S-Box Based Image Encryption Application Using a Chaotic System without Equilibrium

TL;DR: A nonequilibrium system with chaos is introduced in this work and S-boxes are constructed which are applied to propose a novel image encryption algorithm.
Journal ArticleDOI

Centrality categorization for Rp(d)+A in high-energy collisions

A. Adare, +388 more
- 05 Sep 2014 -
TL;DR: In this paper, a method for determining centrality classes in p(d) + A collisions via cuts on the multiplicity at backward rapidity (i.e., the nucleus-going direction) and for determining systematic uncertainties in this procedure is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Metasurface-based broadband orbital angular momentum generator in millimeter wave region.

TL;DR: Simulation and experiment results demonstrate that broadband millimeter wave OAM beams with good quality can be reliably launched by the designed metasurface and provides new possibilities of multiplexing for millimeters wave communication applications.
Journal ArticleDOI

Transverse-momentum dependence of the J/ψ nuclear modification in d+Au collisions at √sNN=200 GeV

A. Adare, +392 more
- 14 Mar 2013 -
TL;DR: In this article, the authors present measured J/psi production rates in d + Au collisions at root s(NN) = 200 GeV over broad ranges of transverse momentum (p(T) = 0-14 GeV/c) and rapidity (-2.2 1) for p(T ) > 2 GeV /c.
Journal ArticleDOI

Deviation from quark number scaling of the anisotropy parameter v 2 of pions, kaons, and protons in Au+Au collisions at √s NN=200 GeV

A. Adare, +389 more
- 25 Jun 2012 -
TL;DR: In this article, measurements of the anisotropy parameter v(2) of identified hadrons (pions, kaons, and protons) as a function of centrality, transverse momentum p(T), and transverse kinetic energy KET at midrapidity (vertical bar eta vertical bar < 035) in Au + Au collisions at root s(N N) = 200 GeV are presented.
