TL;DR: IT companies manoeuvring this technology need to treat this hushed underplay in prediction and decision making with top-notch priority to epitomise this imminent episode of Machine Learning in Data Analysis.
Abstract: Data is just data if it is not put to proper comprehensive usage. Information is Knowledge and Knowledge gets upgraded to wisdom pertaining to insight in the relevant field of analysis. Data Science has become the key that unravels many pitches of interest in diversified fields of quest. It is of optimal stipulation that the solutions that the Artificial Intelligence Algorithms provide should do justice to the intent for which what it was built. But at times, inadvertently the word bias is declaimed, which has become an implicit or explicit inclusion in the Algorithms and the data collection methodologies incorporated. IT companies manoeuvring this technology need to treat this hushed underplay in prediction and decision making with top-notch priority to epitomise this imminent episode of Machine Learning in Data Analysis.

TL;DR: RK method based on Harmonic mean for solving delay differential equations with constant delays is presented in this paper, where the delay term is approximated by using linear and Lagrange interpolation.
Abstract: This paper presents RK method based on Harmonic mean for solving Delay differential equations with constant delays. The delay term is approximated by using linear and Lagrange interpolation. The effectiveness of this method has been illustrated with examples. The numerical results are also compared with RK method based on Arithmetic mean.

TL;DR: In this paper, the problem of time to recruitment is studied for a single grade manpower system with attrition, generated by a geometric process of inter-policy decision times, using a univariate policy of recruitment based on shock model approach.
Abstract: In this paper, the problem of time to recruitment is studied for a single grade manpower system with attrition, generated by a geometric process of inter-policy decision times, using a univariate policy of recruitment based on shock model approach. An alternate probabilistic analysis is used to derive the analytical result for variance of the time to recruitment for different cases on the distribution of the threshold for the cumulative loss of manpower in the organization

TL;DR: Abutilon hirtum (Lam.) Sweet (Malvaceae) commonly known as Vadathuthi is used as one of the most important drugs in traditional system of medicine to treat various ailments as discussed by the authors.
Abstract: Abutilon hirtum (Lam.) Sweet (Malvaceae) commonly known as Vadathuthi . It is used as one of the most important drugs in traditional system of medicine to treat various ailments. The plant is used for to its various properties as demulcent, diuretics, anti-diabetics, anthelmintic, laxative, wound healing properties, antibacterial and antifungal properties. The present study revealed the presence of phytochemicals like Diethyl Phthalate (19.171%),Benzaldehyde 4-propyl (5.219%),Methoxyacetic acid 3-tridecyl ester (5.196%),Sulfurous acid dodecyl 2-propyl ester (0.455%),Sulfurous acid, butyl dodecyl ester (0.442%) etc ., from the chloroform extracts of leaves in A. hirtum . In the present study an attempt was made to investigate the phytochemical present in the extracts in the preliminary level by using Gas Chromatography coupled with Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). The study will provide information for the correct identification of the crude drug. This will be further considered for pharmacological activities and isolation of individual components would however, help to find new drugs. The results are reported for the first time in A. hirtum.

TL;DR: In this article, Al7075 and Al2O3 powders were synthesized via high-energy ball mill for 15 h. The green pellets were degassed at 350 oC for 30 min, and then sintered in the temperature of 600 oC under argon atmosphere for 120 min.
Abstract: Al7075 and Al2O3 powders were synthesized via high-energy ball mill for 15 h. Al7075 powders were mixed with 10 vol. % Al2O3, compacted by cold uniaxial compaction at 400 MPa. The green pellets were degassed at 350 oC for 30 min, and then sintered in the temperature of 600 oC under argon atmosphere for 120 min. It was shown that better density, vickers micro hardness and corrosion resistance were achieved due to refinement of grain size. HRTEM micrographs demonstrated a uniform distribution of Al2O3 particles in aluminium alloy and equilibrium η (MgZn2) precipitates along the grain boundaries.
