TL;DR: A Dynamic Backbone based BroadCAST technique (DBCAST) which chooses a Backbone node with the help of a Competitive score is proposed which reduces the Bandwidth utilised when comparing with the relaying technique.
Abstract: Objectives: To propose a Dynamic Backbone based Broadcast Technique for sending the safety alert. By using this Technique, the effective utilization of Bandwidth is achieved. Methods/Analysis: A competitive score is calculated based on the Distance and Direction of vehicles. Vehicle’s having more score is elected to relay the safety alert. Findings: Number of Redundant Transmission is reduced and the Bandwidth is efficiently utilized in Vehicular Ad hoc NETworks (VANETs). Conclusion/Application: This paper proposes a Dynamic Backbone based BroadCAST technique (DBCAST) which chooses a Backbone node with the help of a Competitive score. Because, this technique uses Backbone selection which is carried out till the end of the transmission range, it reduces the Bandwidth utilised when comparing with the relaying technique.

TL;DR: In this article, the adjustmental problems faced by college librarians in Tamil Nadu were studied using an Adjustment Inventory scale and found out that college Librarians have moderate level of adjustment problems.
Abstract: The paper studies the adjustmental problems faced by college librarians in Tamil Nadu. The study used an Adjustment Inventory scale and found out that college librarians have moderate level of adjustment problems. The study has also found out that the variables, sex, marital status and experience have significant association with adjustment problems.

TL;DR: The deviant thought and behaviour exhibited by an adolescent influence their entire peer group and this further deteriorates their morality as discussed by the authors, which raises a lot of questions about the factors responsible for these behaviours.
Abstract: The adolescents of today are the hope of tomorrow. The energy and the intelligence possessed by the present generation were surprising the people in their middle age and old age. In reality however, many people have started to express their grievances toward the behaviour of the adolescents. The deviant thought and behaviour exhibited by an adolescent influence their entire peer group and this further deteriorates their morality. It raises lot of questions about the factors responsible for these behaviours. The adolescents cannot be solely blamed for all the behaviours they exhibit rather the contributing factors for these deviant acts must be well checked and analysed. Features like educational system, family and parenting, peers, and social support system play a pivotal role in influencing the behaviours of the adolescents.

TL;DR: Key techniques to reduce the energy consumption and CO2 emission that can cause severe health issues are discussed and various existing architectures related to green cloud are discussed in this paper with their pros and cons.
Abstract: Cloud computing provides computing power and resources as a service to users across the globe. This scheme was introduced as a means to an end for customer’s worldwide, providing high performance at a cheaper cost when compared to dedicated high-performance computing machines. This provision requires huge data-centers to be tightly-coupled with the system, the increasing use of which yields heavy consumption of energy and huge emission of CO2. Since energy has been a prime concern of late, this issue generated the importance of green cloud computing that provides techniques and algorithms to reduce energy wastage by incorporating its reuse. In this survey we discuss key techniques to reduce the energy consumption and CO2 emission that can cause severe health issues. We begin with a discussion on green matrices appropriate for data-centers and then throw light on green scheduling algorithms that facilitate reduction in energy consumption and CO2 emission levels in the existing systems. At the same time the various existing architectures related to green cloud also discussed in this paper with their pros and cons .PALP algorithm has been presented to predict the load and have energy efficiency in overloaded and under loaded systems
