TL;DR: The results confirmed the discriminatory capacity of the purification procedure and the purity of the fragments, and will enable elucidation of the role the C-terminal region may exert to eliminate alpha-macroglobulin-proteinases complexes from the circulation by the LRP/receptor.

TL;DR: In this article, a study of the factores sociodemograI ficos, econoI micos, institucionales, and geográfico ficas in the oferta criminal de Colombia and its departamentos was presented.

TL;DR: This review shows how hybridization has evolved, the use of rRNA as target molecule, the type of labeling, the labeled uses today in fluorescent and the methodology, as well as the improvements that have been made to the FISH technique when is used in conjunction with other techniques in microbial identification.
Salud UIS 2011; 43 (3): 307-316 Palabras claves: FISH, sonda de oligonucleotidos, ARNr, diagnostico microbiano, fluorocromo, hibridacion ABSTRACT Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), is a technique that uses oligonucleotides probes labeled with fluorochromeswhich are directed to specific sequences of ribosomal ribonucleic acid (rRNA), this allows the rapid and specificidentification of microbial cells whether as individual cells or grouped cells in their natural environment. Knowledgeof the composition and distribution of microorganisms in natural habitats provides a solid support to understandinteraction between different species in the microhabitat. This review shows how hybridization has evolved, the useof rRNA as target molecule, the type of labeling, the labeled uses today in fluorescent and the methodology, as wellas the improvements that have been made to the FISH technique when is used in conjunction with other techniquesin microbial identification. Salud UIS 2011; 43 (3): 307-316 Keywords: FISH, oligonucleotides, probes, rRNA, microbial diagnostic, fluorochromes, hybridization

TL;DR: The results indicated that the berries of the two regions were similar in physical characteristics but significantly different in terms of chemical composition, and the total phenolic potential was higher in grapes from Valle del Cauca, while removable was similar in theTwo regions.
Abstract: The Isabella grape ( Vitis labrusca ) is a red variety that has been optimally adapted to the edafoclimatic conditions in the region of Villa del Rosario (Norte de Santander) and has been accepted also in local markets. Currently, the grape is eaten fresh and its potential for winemaking is unknown. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to establish the phenolic potential and identify important yeasts of this kind of grape for winemaking. To this end, berries taken from two consecutive vintages were analyzed. Parameters analyzed were density, soluble solids, pH, acidity and total and removable phenolic potential. The yeasts were identified morphologically and biochemically. The results of the physicochemical parameters of the two vintages were averaged and compared with results for grapes from Valle del Cauca. The results indicated that the berries of the two regions were similar in physical characteristics but significantly different in terms of chemical composition. The total phenolic potential was higher in grapes from Valle del Cauca, while removable was similar in the two regions. Five yeast species: Kloeckera apiculata, Criptococcus laurentii, Candida guillermondii, Candida novergensis y Rhodotorula glutinis were microbiologically isolated and identified .

TL;DR: The Plan de Manejo Ambiental (POMA) as discussed by the authors is a plan for extraccion de material de arrastre, in which a set of proyectos of extraccions of arrastres are identified and evaluated using the metodologia de Arboleda.
