Abstract: Biological data helps in disease analysis and drug discovery process. Study of protein–protein interactions plays a vital role to find the candidate proteins for causing chronicle diseases. Graphical representation of protein–protein interaction data gives more clues on protein functionality and pathways to research world. Many data sources are operating to provide such information upon request. However, each of them provides same information in different formats and levels. The word level denotes depth of interactions. This paper illustrates concatenation of different datasets related to target protein ERBB2 from prominent data sources. The resultant network highlights strong interactions of target protein after removing duplicate records with the help of computational tools and techniques, which makes work feasible and efficient.

Abstract: Radio Frequency harvesting has recently become one of the alternate approaches to power up low power wireless networks. This evolving technology opens the gate for positive energy renewal for wireless components. This paper presents a comprehensive review which includes all the important components in a RF energy harvesting system which are microstrip patch antennas, rectifier modules and power management modules. Different types of microstrip patch antennas and its designs and outputs are discussed. Rectifier modules with Schottky diodes operating under two different frequency bands are also compared and discussed. In addition, different methods of available power management circuits with different methods are also deliberated in this paper. This review also explores various key design issues and envisions some open research directions.

Abstract: Now-a-days, there is dire necessity for roads which aremore stable and stronger. Due to weathering conditions and heavy traffic, the pavement surfaces are getting deteriorated by rutting, pot holes etc. With the addition of this Recronfiber, there is an improvement in the properties of bitumen like increase in stability value and decrease in the flow value, % of air voids etc. Recron fiber is an artificial material obtained from the polyesterand which is also used as a secondary reinforcement for attainingtensile strength. It helps to resistthe cracks obtained by the improper laying of pavement surface and heavy loaded vehicles. In the present study, various proportions of Recron fiber such as 3%, 6%, 9% and 12%are added to Bitumen to prevent the deterioration of pavement surface andvarious tests areperformed on aggregate and bitumen. From the results, it is found that, the flow value and % of air voids decrease and stability value increases. Hence, it is proved that, it protects the pavement surface from the effect of fatigue, cracking and deformation. The obtained results show that 9% is the optimum percentage of Recron fiber to be added to the bitumen. For nominal bitumen mix, the maximum stability value is 12.07 kN and for modified bitumen (Recron added) mix the maximum stability value is 16.79 kN.

Abstract: In this digital era, people are generating huge amount of data. This necessitates the need to develop a specific device to store all the data. Generally, the data will be stored in pen drives, hard drives, etc. sometimes the data will be lost due to the corrupt devices. To overcome all these issues, this research work has implemented a cloud space for storing the data and it provides more security to the data. The data can just be accessed by using the internet from anywhere in the world. All these techniques were implemented with the java by using Net beans IDE. Once user uploads the data, the user will not have any rights to change the data. User uploaded files are stored in the cloud with the file name as system time and a directory will be created with some random words. Also, the cloud accepts the data only if the size of file is less than 2MB.
