TL;DR: Two fuzzy clustering methods are framed based on existing data mining algorithms with dynamic characteristics and implementation done using R software with comparison.
Abstract: The recent applications of data mining such as biological, scientific, financial and others are changing data regularly, which is uncertain and incomplete. For finding tendency in these data up-to-date, we need to modify existing data mining algorithms with dynamic characteristics. Soft computing methods are suitable for finding changes in uncertain data. In order to adopt change in data we can apply any of two approaches, update algorithm by ignoring earlier state or update with respect to earlier state. In this paper, we have framed two fuzzy clustering methods based on these approaches and implementation done using R software with comparison.

TL;DR: A new approach using fuzzy logic to evaluate the degree of severity of the considered contingency and to eliminate masking effect in the technique is presented, in addition to real power loadings and bus voltage violations, voltage stability indices at the load buses are also used as the post-contingent quantities to evaluated the network contingency ranking of a Practical IEEE-5 BUS System.
Abstract: In the present day power system planning and operation, considerable interest is being shown in contingency analysis. Contingency screening and ranking is one of the important components of on-line system security assessment which is done with the help of various computer softwares which employ iterative methods like Newton Raphson and Fast Decouple Load Flow Methods for obtaining the magnitudes of various parameters. The objective of contingency screening and ranking is to quickly and accurately select a short list of critical contingencies from a large list of potential contingencies and rank them according to their severity . Suitable preventive control actions can be implemented considering contingencies that are likely to affect the power system performance. Network contingencies often contribute to overloading of network branches, unsatisfactory voltages and also leading to voltage collapse. To maintain security against voltage collapse, it is desirable to estimate the effect of contingencies on the voltage stability. This research paper presents a new approach using fuzzy logic to evaluate the degree of severity of the considered contingency and to eliminate masking effect in the technique. The proposed approach, in addition to real power loadings and bus voltage violations, voltage stability indices at the load buses are also used as the post-contingent quantities to evaluate the network contingency ranking of a Practical IEEE-5 BUS System.

TL;DR: In this article, the combined effects of Hall current, buoyancy forces, thermal radiation, thermo-diffusion and fluid rotation on an unsteady hydromagmetic boundary layer flow with heat and mass transfer over an impulsively moving vertical plate embedded in a porous medium are examined.
Abstract: The paper examines the combined effects of Hall current, buoyancy forces, thermal radiation, thermo-diffusion and fluid rotation on an unsteady hydromagmetic boundary layer flow with heat and mass transfer over an impulsively moving vertical plate embedded in a porous medium. Base on some realistic simplified assumptions, the governing equations of momentum, energy and chemical species concentration are obtained and tackled analytically using Laplace transform technique. The numerical values of primary and secondary fluid velocities, fluid temperature and species concentration are displayed graphically while those of skin friction coefficient, Nusselt number and Sherwood number are presented in tabular form for different values of pertinent flow parameters.

TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors proposed a deep learning inspired sensor-rank consolidation (DLi-SRC) system that enables three-set of algorithms, namely, sensor cohesion algorithm based on Lyapunov approach to accelerate sensor stability, sensor unique localization algorithm to avoid redundancy data and data loss, and a heuristic directive algorithm to improve entail data search efficiency.
Abstract: Continues field monitoring and searching sensor data remains an imminent element emphasizes the influence of the Internet of Things (IoT). Most of the existing systems are concede spatial coordinates or semantic keywords to retrieve the entail data, which are not comprehensive constraints because of sensor cohesion, unique localization haphazardness. To address this issue, we propose deep learning inspired sensor-rank consolidation (DLi-SRC) system that enables 3-set of algorithms. First, sensor cohesion algorithm based on Lyapunov approach to accelerate sensor stability. Second, sensor unique localization algorithm based on rank-inferior measurement index to avoid redundancy data and data loss. Third, a heuristic directive algorithm to improve entail data search efficiency, which returns appropriate ranked sensor results as per searching specifications. We examined thorough simulations to describe the DLi-SRC effectiveness. The outcomes reveal that our approach has significant performance gain, such as search efficiency, service quality, sensor existence rate enhancement by 91%, and sensor energy gain by 49% than benchmark standard approaches.
