TL;DR: The carbon content of microbial biomass and the kinetic characteristics of microbial respiration response to substrate addition have been estimated for chernozem soils under different land use: arable lands used for 10, 46, and 76 years, mowed meadow, natural forest, and forest shelter belt.
Abstract: The carbon content of microbial biomass and the kinetic characteristics of microbial respiration response to substrate addition have been estimated for chernozem soils under different land use: arable lands used for 10, 46, and 76 years, mowed meadow, natural forest, and forest shelter belt. Microbial biomass and the content of microbial carbon in humus (C mic /C org ) decreased in the following order: soils under forest cenoses— mowed meadow—10-year arable land—46- and 75-year arable land. The amount of microbial carbon in the long-plowed horizon was 40% of its content in the upper horizon of natural forest. Arable soils were character- ized by a lower metabolic diversity of microbial community and by the highest portion of microorganisms able to grow directly on glucose introduced into soil. The effects of different scenarios of carbon sequestration in soil on the amounts and activity of microbial biomass are discussed.

TL;DR: In this article, the relationship between the spectral properties of linear relations on real Banach spaces and their complexifications is investigated, and the authors show that linear relations can be expressed as multivalued linear operators.
Abstract: We consider the relationship between the spectral properties of linear relations (multivalued linear operators) on real Banach spaces and their complexifications.

04 Sep 2016TL;DR: RusPersonality - first Russian-language corpus of written texts labeled with data on their authors is presented, which describes the structure of the corpus and shows the results of the research performed at the laboratory using its material.
Abstract: Authorship profiling which is a process of the extraction of information about the unknown autohr of a text (demographics, psychological traits, et al.) based on the analysis of linguistic parameters, is a problem of great importance. Research in authorship profiling has always been constrainted by the limited availability of training data since collecting textual data with the appropriate metadata (information about authors of texts) requires a lot of effort. We are presenting RusPersonality - first Russian-language corpus of written texts labeled with data on their authors. A unique aspect of our corpus is the breadth of the metadata (gender, age, personality, neuropsychological testing data, education level, ect). Most texts were designed especially for this corpus, do not contain any borrowings and are not edited. The corpus is desinged to serve multiple purposes: authoriship profiling, authorship attribution, deception detection, genre detection etc. The corpus currently contains over 1850 documents from 1145 respondents and is currently expanding. The average length of the texts is 230 words. The corpus can freely be used for academic research purposes on demand. The article describes the structure of the corpus and also shows the results of the research performed at our laboratory using its material and analyzes the perspectices for furture studies.

TL;DR: The first demonstration of quasi-phase-matching during high-order harmonic generation (HHG) of laser radiation in multi-jet plasmas produced on the silver and chromium targets under the conditions of two-colour pump (804 and 402 nm) is presented in this article.
Abstract: The first demonstration of quasi-phase-matching during high-order harmonic generation (HHG) of laser radiation in multi-jet plasmas produced on the silver and chromium targets under the conditions of two-colour pump (804 and 402 nm) is presented. We analyse the enhancement of the groups of odd and even harmonics along the plateau range and compare the harmonic yields using a different number of plasma jets. The comparison of extended line plasma and multi-jet plasma shows the advanced properties of the latter formation for the efficient HHG using the two-colour pump. The 25× and 13× enhancement factors of quasi-phase-matched harmonics were obtained in the cases of the two-colour and single-colour pumps of multi-jet plasmas.
