TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that the norm closed convex hull of the set of all normalised positive translation invariant functionals does not contain a Cesaro-invariant Banach limit.
Abstract: Let \({\mathbb{N}}\) be the set of all natural numbers and \({\ell_\infty=\ell_\infty (\mathbb{N})}\) be the Banach space of all bounded sequences x = (x1, x2 . . .) with the norm
$$\|x\|_{\infty}=\sup_{n\in\mathbb{N}}|x_n|,$$
and let \({\ell_\infty^*}\) be its Banach dual. Let \({\mathfrak{B} \subset \ell_\infty^*}\) be the set of all normalised positive translation invariant functionals (Banach limits) on l∞ and let \({ext(\mathfrak{B})}\) be the set of all extreme points of \({\mathfrak{B}}\) . We prove that an arbitrary sequence (Bj)j ≥ 1, of distinct points from the set \({ext(\mathfrak{B})}\) is 1-equivalent to the unit vector basis of the space l1 of all summable sequences. We also study Cesaro-invariant Banach limits. In particular, we prove that the norm closed convex hull of \({ext(\mathfrak{B})}\) does not contain a Cesaro-invariant Banach limit.

TL;DR: In this paper, mutual influence of components on transport at low strengths of the electric field in membranes is discussed, and the effects of circulation and facilitated electromigration of amino acids are considered.
Abstract: Dependences of fluxes of the mass of amino acids and mineral ions on the density of a direct electrical current in an electrodialysis process are obtained experimentally. Mutual influence of components on transport at low strengths of the electric field in membranes is discussed. Effects of circulation and facilitated electromigration of amino acids are considered. At a small excess of the limiting current density, the effects lead to a decrease in fluxes of amino acids through membranes. At a large excess of the limiting current, the effects result in an intensive conjugated transport of bipolar ions with the medium ions through membranes.

TL;DR: The article considers a model for evaluating the reliability of integrated circuits (IC) depending on the temperature of the crystal and the environment, and the obtained values of these chip parameters meet the requirements of ISO 11 0998-99.
Abstract: The article considers a model for evaluating the reliability of integrated circuits (IC) depending on the temperature of the crystal and the environment. The calculation and experimental prediction of the reliability of the 1921VK035 chips was carried out, the dependences of the minimum time to failure of the product on the temperature of the 1921VK035 IC crystal and the gamma-percent life of the IC on the ambient temperature were obtained. The obtained values of these chip parameters meet the requirements of ISO 11 0998-99.

TL;DR: In this article, spatial structure optimization results and calculated electronic spectra for ZrGe −cffff (n = 8-20) anion clusters are presented. But the results are limited to the case where the number of germanium atoms is small.
Abstract: This paper presents spatial structure optimization results and calculated electronic spectra for ZrGe
−
(n = 8–20) anion clusters. Comparison of density-functional calculation results and available experimental data allows us to identify real spatial structures of the clusters. The formation of stable endohedral ZrGe
−
clusters is possible for n ≥ 12. The clusters with a smaller number of germanium atoms predominantly have exohedral structures.
