TL;DR: In this paper, the Sturm-Liouville oscillation theory on the distribution of zeros of eigenfunctions is extended to the case of problems with strong singularities of the coefficients (of -function type).
Abstract: This paper extends the Sturm-Liouville oscillation theory on the distribution of zeros of eigenfunctions to the case of problems with strong singularities of the coefficients (of -function type). For instance, these are problems arising in the study of eigenoscillations of an elastic continuum with concentrated masses and localized interactions with the surrounding medium. The extension of the standard description of the problem is carried out by replacing the usual form of the ordinary differential equation by the substantially more general form with absolutely continuous solutions whose derivatives, as well as the coefficients , , , belong to . The integral is understood in the Stieltjes sense.

TL;DR: It is established that the introduction of a preliminary extraction stage eliminates the problem of removal of lipophilic components and primary estimates of the adaptogen activity of beetroot saponins have been obtained by the method of external adverse factor.
Abstract: Saponins have been isolated by means of alkaline extraction from table beetroot. It is established that the introduction of a preliminary extraction stage eliminates the problem of removal of lipophilic components. Primary estimates of the adaptogen activity of beetroot saponins have been obtained by the method of external adverse factor.

TL;DR: The method relies on a 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylides generated in situ from isatin derivatives and sarcosine to 6-benzylideneimidazo[4,5-e]thiazolo[3,2-b]-1,2,4-triazine-2,7-diones.
Abstract: An effective and highly regio- and diastereoselective one-pot method for the synthesis of new polynuclear dispiroheterocyclic systems with five stereogenic centers (dispiro[imidazo[4,5-e]thiazolo[3,2-b]-1,2,4-triazine-6,3′-pyrrolidine-2′,3′′-indoles]) comprising pyrrolidinyloxindole and imidazo[4,5-e]thiazolo[3,2-b]-1,2,4-triazine moieties has been developed. The method relies on a 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylides generated in situ from isatin derivatives and sarcosine to 6-benzylideneimidazo[4,5-e]thiazolo[3,2-b]-1,2,4-triazine-2,7-diones.
