TLDR
Based on interviews with partners of Taiwanese certified public accountant firms, the authors finds that Client is the most important factor, followed by Internal processes, Learning and growth, and then Finance. But the empirical result shows that client orientation rather than price-cutting may be a right strategy.

Evaluation of city sustainability using multi-criteria decision-making considering interaction among criteria in Liaoning province China

TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors presented a method to calculate the interaction among multiple criteria, including static interaction and dynamic trend similarity, and to compute the weigh coefficient of each indicator induced by this interaction.
Journal ArticleDOI

Using a hybrid method for evaluating and improving the service quality of public bike-sharing systems

TL;DR: This study proposes a hybrid model, combining the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATAL) method with the Analytical Network Process (ANP) approach (called DANP), which addresses the dependent relationships between the various criteria for the quality of service for bike-sharing systems to better reflect the real-world situation.

Developing a strategy map for forensic accounting with fraud risk management: An integrated balanced scorecard-based decision model.

TL;DR: An integrated methodology for forensic accounting implementation is presented to improve the identification of the strategy map relationship between the Balanced Scorecard-based perspective and criteria, by combining multiple-criteria decision making (MCDM) with the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and the Analytic Network Process (ANP) techniques.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multiple Attribute Group Decision Making Method Based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Einstein Interactive Operations

TL;DR: This paper proposes some new Einstein interactive ORs for the IFNs, and further presents the intuitionistic fuzzy Einstein interactive weighted averaging (IFEIWA) operator to overcome above existing drawbacks, and some properties of this operator are proved.

Measuring the efficiency of decision making units

TL;DR: A nonlinear (nonconvex) programming model provides a new definition of efficiency for use in evaluating activities of not-for-profit entities participating in public programs and methods for objectively determining weights by reference to the observational data for the multiple outputs and multiple inputs that characterize such programs.

The Analytic Hierarchy Process

TL;DR: Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as mentioned in this paper is a systematic procedure for representing the elements of any problem hierarchically, which organizes the basic rationality by breaking down a problem into its smaller constituent parts and then guides decision makers through a series of pairwise comparison judgments to express the relative strength or intensity of impact of the elements in the hierarchy.

A Behavioral Model of Rational Choice

TL;DR: In this article, a model for the description of rational choice by organisms of limited computational ability is proposed, and the model is used to describe rational choice in organisms with limited computational abilities.

The balanced scorecard : measures that drive performance

TL;DR: A "balanced scorecard" is developed, a new performance measurement system that gives top managers a fast but comprehensive view of the business and complements those financial measures with three sets of operational measures having to do with customer satisfaction, internal processes, and the organization's ability to learn and improve.
