Adsorption of basic dyes from aqueous solution onto activated carbons

TLDR
In this article, the authors compared the adsorption capacity of different types of activated carbons produced by steam activation in small laboratory scale and large industrial scale processes and found that activated carbon has the highest adsorptive capacity towards MB dye (588 ǫmg/g), followed by F400 (476 milligrams/g) and PAC1 (380 milligram/g).
