Antiphase Modulated Structure of Fe2O3(ZnO)15Studied by High-Resolution Electron Microscopy

TLDR
In this paper, the modulated structure of Fe 2 O 3 (ZnO) 15 (R =Fe; M =Fe) was studied by high-resolution electron microscopy and it was found that the main and satellite spots in the diffraction patterns can be indexed as h a * + k b * + l c * + m q by considering a monoclinic unit cell of a =0.57 nm.

Atomic-level control of the thermoelectric properties in polytypoid nanowires

TL;DR: In this paper, a simple synthesis of M2O3(ZnO)n (M = In, Ga, Fe) nanowires with controllable polytypoid structures was reported, where the nanostructured features were tuned by adjusting the amount of metal precursor.

Thermoelectric Transport Properties of Fe-Enriched ZnO with High-Temperature Nanostructure Refinement.

TL;DR: The major finding of the present work is the significant nanostructure refinement in 18 month old FeO1.5-doped ZnO after high-temperature thermal treatment, leading to further reduced thermal conductivity, which is beneficial and promising for high- temperature thermoelectric performance.
