Current–voltage characteristics and grain growth of Li2CO3-doped tungsten trioxide ceramics

In this article, Li-doped and undoped WO{sub 3} ceramics were measured under various ambient temperatures and I-V curves showed non-ohmic electrical properties with obvious negative-resistance characteristic at room temperature.

TL;DR: In this article, a storage barrel for chemical raw materials is described, which consists of a barrel body and a cover, and a filtering cup is arranged below the through hole, a gas sensing device is arranged in the filtering cup and can seal chemical raw material in the barrel and prevent damping or overflowing of gas generated inside, meanwhile, a detection device is placed in the filter cup of the barrel cover and can detect content of NO2 timely, and operators are prevented from making a contact with hazardous gas.
