Thermoelasticity without energy dissipation

TL;DR: In this article, a general uniqueness theorem for linear thermoelasticity without energy dissipation is proved and a constitutive equation for an entropy flux vector is determined by the same potential function which also determines the stress.

Hyperbolic Thermoelasticity: A Review of Recent Literature

TL;DR: In this paper, a review of contributions to the theory of thermoelasticity with thermal relaxation and the temperature-rate dependent thermodynamic properties is presented, and a glance is made at the new theory which includes the so-called dual-phase-lag effects.

Experimental evidence of hyperbolic heat conduction in processed meat

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present experimental evidence of the wave nature of heat propagation in processed bologna meat and demonstrate that the hyperbolic heat conduction model is an accurate representation, on a macroscopic level, of the Heat conduction process in such biological material.
