How recreation involvement, place attachment and conservation commitment affect environmentally responsible behavior

TL;DR: In this article, a behavioral model using latent variables of place attachment, recreation involvement, conservation commitment and environmentally responsible behavior among tourists visiting wetlands was examined, and the behavioral model revealed that conservation commitment simultaneously mediates the relationships between place attachment and environmentally-responsible behavior and between recreation involvement and environmentally conscientious behavior.

Measuring customer loyalty with multi‐item scales

TL;DR: In this paper, a structural equation model approach was used to compare an aggregated measurement approach with an approach which models the two loyalty constructs as two separate factors, repatronage intentions and word-of-mouth intentions.

The theory of planned behavior

TL;DR: Ajzen, 1985, 1987, this article reviewed the theory of planned behavior and some unresolved issues and concluded that the theory is well supported by empirical evidence and that intention to perform behaviors of different kinds can be predicted with high accuracy from attitudes toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control; and these intentions, together with perceptions of behavioral control, account for considerable variance in actual behavior.
