TL;DR: In this paper, the maximum number of clear 2FIs in a 2 IV m - (m - k ) design with k = 5, 6, 7 was shown. Butler and Nissim showed that the join designs of 2 IVm - ( m - k) designs have concise grid representations which provide simple interpretations of the 2FI.
