TLDR
In this article, the concept of aberration is proposed as a way of selecting the best designs from those with maximum resolution, and algorithms are presented for constructing these minimum aberration designs.
Abstract
For studying k variables in N runs, all 2 k–p designs of maximum resolution are not equally good. In this paper the concept of aberration is proposed as a way of selecting the best designs from those with maximum resolution. Algorithms are presented for constructing these minimum aberration designs.

A Class of Partially Replicated Two Level Fractional Factorial Designs

TL;DR: In this article, a new class of partially replicated two-level fractional factorial designs based on Hadamard matrices is proposed, and their relative performance is evaluated by comparing them with competing fractional factor factororial designs.

Evaluation and Improvement of the Stratified Ramp Metering Algorithm Through Microscopic Simulation - Phase II

TL;DR: In this article, a new ramp metering strategy implemented on the Twin Cities freeway system to reduce ramp waiting times was evaluated through microsimulation of freeway activity and compared with the previous Zone Metering Strategy and with no control strategy.

A modified minimum aberration criterion for selecting regular 2m−k fractional factorial designs

TL;DR: In this paper, a modification of the well-known minimum aberration (MA) criterion for finding good regular 2 m − k fractional factorial designs is presented, for given values of m and k, where a two-stage criterion where in stage one all regular 2m − k designs that yield the maximal number of contrasts for estimating main effects and two-factor interactions are determined and within this subclass, the MA design is found.

Classification of efficient two-level fractional factorial designs of resolution IV or more

TL;DR: Two-level fractional factorial designs that are efficient in terms of aberration or other aliasing properties are classified into four types of designs of resolution IV or more: the half-fraction designs, the even designs, five-column designs and the join designs.
