In this article, the concept of aberration is proposed as a way of selecting the best designs from those with maximum resolution, and algorithms are presented for constructing these minimum aberration designs.
Abstract
For studying k variables in N runs, all 2 k–p designs of maximum resolution are not equally good. In this paper the concept of aberration is proposed as a way of selecting the best designs from those with maximum resolution. Algorithms are presented for constructing these minimum aberration designs.

Experimental and robust design

TL;DR: The complexity of business problems, organizations, operational and service systems, the number of variables they involve, as well as the often chaotic environment to which they are subjected, make it difficult to use prior knowledge to construct and calibrate these systems.

Invariance of generalized wordlength patterns

TL;DR: In this article, the structure of Fisher information matrices for estimating main effects and two-factor interactions (2fi) was obtained for two-level regular designs, and the definition of minimal sufficient confounding information among main effect and 2fi was proposed.

A Study of Two Types of Split-Plot Designs

TL;DR: In this article, two types of split-plot designs, splitplot designs with few whole-plot factors and blocked split-plots, are discussed and compared with the designs available in the literature with respect to a s..
