Narrow peaks and high dimensionalities: Exploiting the advantages of random sampling

TLDR
Independence of the evolution time domain size (in the terms of both: dimensionality and evolution time reached), suggests that random sampling should be used rather to design new techniques with large time domain than to accelerate standard experiments.

Two-dimensional J-resolved NMR spectroscopy: review of a key methodology in the metabolomics toolbox†

TL;DR: A basic introduction to the 2D JRES NMR experiment is provided and strategies for spectral acquisition and processing in the context of metabolomics applications are discussed, with some key recommendations: acquisition using a double spin-echo sequence with excitation sculpting; processing using the SEM window function, tilting and symmetricising, optionally followed by a skyline projection.

Image Formation by Induced Local Interactions: Examples Employing Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

TL;DR: An image of an object may be defined as a graphical representation of the spatial distribution of one or more of its properties as a result of interaction with a matter or radiation field characterized by a wavelength comparable to or smaller than the smallest features to be distinguished.
