TLDR
In this paper, the effect of series, parallel and hybrid selective exhaust gas recirculation is examined, a concept where selectively CO2 can be recycled back and mixed into the ambient air to the inlet feed of the compressor thereby reducing the flue gas flow rate and enhancing CO2 content at the capture plant.

Policy spillover effect and action mechanism for environmental rights trading on green innovation: Evidence from China's carbon emissions trading policy

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper employed a spatial difference-in-differences (SDID) model based on an endogenous spatio-temporal weight matrix to explore the direct incentive and spatial spillover effects of CETP on green innovation.

Update on CO2 emissions

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present updated information on their present and near-future estimates of CO2 emissions from fossil fuel burning and estimate that emissions from deforestation and other land-use changes have declined compared with the 1990s, primarily because of reduced rates of deforestation in the tropics5 and a smaller contribution owing to forest regrowth elsewhere.

Dynamic modeling and simulation of a CO2 absorber column for post-combustion CO2 capture

TL;DR: In this article, a dynamic model of an absorber is presented and the results of two transient operational scenarios are shown; start-up and load reduction; issues regarding the operability of the absorber column in case of load-varying upstream power-plants are discussed.
