TLDR
A novel orange fluorescence probe based on efficient fluorescence resonance energy transfer from poly[(9,9-dioctylfluorenyl-2,7-diyl)-co-fluorenone] nanoparticles to Rhodamine B dye molecules was developed and demonstrated the characteristics that especially useful in live cell or in vivo studies, such as narrow full width at half-maximum emission.
