TL;DR: In this article, the low-lying levels of the quasi-γ band of the second 2 + state at 494 keV were investigated by means of γ-ray spectroscopy following β-decay of 110Nb, produced using in-flight fission of a 238U beam at 345 MeV/nucleon at the RIBF facility.
Journal ArticleDOI

Tajiri,Takashi Teranishi,Yasuo Wakabayashi,P. M. Walker,O. Wieland,H. Yamaguchi +47 more
TL;DR: The low-lying states in Zr and Zr have been investigated by means of β-γ and isomer spectroscopy at the radioactive isotope beam factory (RIBF) as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Behavior of the giant-dipole resonance in 120Sn and 208Pb at high excitation energy
TL;DR: In this paper, the properties of the giant-dipole resonance (GDR) are calculated as a function of excitation energy, angular momentum, and the compound nucleus particle decay width in the nuclei 120 Sn and 208 Pb, and compared with recent experimental data.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electron-volt spectroscopy at a pulsed neutron source using a resonance detector technique
Carla Andreani,Antonino Pietropaolo,Roberto Senesi,Giuseppe Gorini,M. Tardocchi,A. Bracco,Nigel J. Rhodes,Erik Schooneveld +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the effectiveness of the neutron resonance detector spectrometer for deep inelastic neutron scattering measurements has been assessed by measuring the Pb scattering on the eVS spectrometers at ISIS pulsed neutron source and natural U foils as (n,γ) resonance converters.
Journal ArticleDOI
