Syntheses of IAA- and IPA-amino acid conjugates.
TL;DR: Amino acid derivatives of IAA and IPA are prepared conveniently and efficiently by coupling of readily available 2a-b with diverse free amino acids 3a-g and (3c+3c') to give compounds 4a-j, (4c+4c') and (4h+4h') in 38-70% yields.
Journal ArticleDOI
Syntheses of triazolo[6,7-d]phthalide and triazolo[6,7-d]dihydrocoumarin
TL;DR: Triazolo[6,7,d]phthalide has been synthesized in a seven-step sequence from phthalide in 24% overall yield as discussed by the authors, and triazolo [6, 7-d]dihydrocoumarin has been prepared in nine steps from dihydrocoupmarin in 20% total yield.

TL;DR: Literature UV absorption intensities at 260 nm and 25 °C in water of a diverse set of 805 organic compounds when analyzed by CODESSA Pro software using an initial pool of 800 + descriptors provide a significant QSPR correlation (R2 = 0.692).

3-Lithiated Pyridines and their Reactions with Electrophiles
Journal ArticleDOI
Alternating chemical ligation reactivity of S-acyl peptides explained with theory and computations
TL;DR: Conformational preorganisation is shown to be the major controller of reactivity, with hydrogen bonding providing additional stabilisation for the tetrapeptide structure.
