Apparatus and method for producing an electronic component comprising at least one active organic layer
Christoph J. Brabec,Jens Hauch +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a roll-to-roll process was proposed to produce a high-quality organic component in a continuous manner, where the active regions of the active semiconductor layer are not exposed to unprotected solvents and/or solvent vapors at any time during the production process.

Tandemsolarzelle mit einer gemeinsamen organischen Elektrode
TL;DR: The vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Tandemsolarzelle with mindestens zwei photoaktiven Schichten, die erfindungsgemass zumindest eine, zwischen zwei photovoltaisch aktiven SchICHten angeordnete, 'gemeinsame' Elektrode aufweisen, im wesentlichen aus organischem Material ist as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Afterglow Effects as a Tool to Screen Emissive Nongeminate Charge Recombination Processes in Organic Photovoltaic Composites.
Panagiotis E. Keivanidis,Panagiotis E. Keivanidis,Grigorios Itskos,Zhipeng Kan,Eduardo Aluicio-Sarduy,Hossein Goudarzi,Valentin Kamm,Frédéric Laquai,Weimin Zhang,Weimin Zhang,Christoph J. Brabec,George Floudas,George Floudas,Iain McCulloch,Iain McCulloch +14 more
TL;DR: A new methodology for employing delayed luminescence spectroscopy is presented, capable of distinguishing between recombination of spatially-separated charge carriers and trap-assisted charge recombination simply by monitoring the delayed Luminescence of bulk heterojunctions with a quasi time-integrated detection scheme.

Micropowder Ca2YMgScSi3O12:Ce Silicate Garnet as an Efficient Light Converter for White LEDs
A. V. Shakhno,A. Markovskyi,T. Zorenko,Sandra Witkiewicz-Łukaszek,Yevheniya Vlasyuk,Andres Osvet,Jack Elia,Christoph J. Brabec,Miroslaw Batentschuk,Yu. Zorenko +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the crystallization and luminescenters of a prospective Ca2YMgScSi3O12:Ce (CYMSSG):Ce) micropowder (MP) converter for a white light-emitting LED (WLED) were investigated.
