Kinetic Model for FGF, FGFR, and Proteoglycan Signal Transduction Complex Assembly†

TL;DR: The weak binding affinity of the FGFR1-heparin interaction suggests that in this model, FGFR and HSPG are unbound in the absence of FGF ligand, and a model for the stepwise assembly of a ternary FGF-FGFR-HSPG complex is proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Development of bioreactor systems for decolorization of Orange II using white rot fungus

TL;DR: Three different reactor configurations were designed and tested for decolorization of an azo dye, Orange II, with white rot fungus and all the bioreactors showed high and stableDecolorization activity in long-term operation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Decolourisation of Orange II by a Wood-Rotting Fungus

TL;DR: In this paper, the decolourisation of Orange II by a wood-rotting fungus has been studied, and it was found that Fungus F29 could effectively decolorise Orange II especially when grown as pelleted mycelia under agitated conditions.
