Journal ArticleDOI

Topological nature of the FeSe 0.5 Te 0.5 superconductor

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors demonstrate that the electronic structure of FeSe is topologically nontrivial and characterized by an odd Dirac cone type surface states, in sharp contrast to the end member FeSe $(x=0)$.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dirac surface states in intrinsic magnetic topological insulators EuSn2As2 and MnBi2nTe3n+1

TL;DR: In this article, the authors combine first-principles calculations and angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) experiments to reveal that EuSn2As2 is an antiferromagnetic TI with the observation of Dirac SSs consistent with their prediction.
Journal ArticleDOI

Coexistence of Weyl fermion and massless triply degenerate nodal points

TL;DR: The WC-type ZrTe as mentioned in this paper is a new type of topological semimetal (TSM) which has six pairs of chiral Weyl nodes in its first Brillouin zone, but it is distinguished from other existing TSMs by having an additional two paris of massless fermions with triply degenerate nodal points.
Journal ArticleDOI

Large linear magnetoresistance in Dirac semimetal Cd 3 As 2 with Fermi surfaces close to the Dirac points

TL;DR: In this paper, the magnetoresistive behavior of an ideal Dirac semimetal was investigated and it was shown that the LMR occurs only when the Zeeman energy surpasses the thermal energy.
