Journal ArticleDOI

Application of topological quantum chemistry in electrides

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used TQC theory with the computed irreducible representations in the first-principles calculations to identify the electrides with excess electrons serving as anions at vacancies.
Journal ArticleDOI

Superconductivity and Fermi-surface nesting in the candidate Dirac semimetal NbC

TL;DR: In this paper, the synthesis of single-crystal NbC, a transition metal carbide with various unusual properties, was reported, which is a type-II Dirac semimetal with strong Fermi-surface nesting.
Journal ArticleDOI

Layer construction of topological crystalline insulator LaSbTe

TL;DR: Based on first-principles calculations, this article revealed that both tetragonal LaSbTe (ti) and orthorhombic LaS bTe (tci) can be interpreted as stacking of 2D topological insulators in each lattice space, which bridges the crystal structures in real space to the band topology in momentum space.
Journal Article

Observation of Weyl nodes and Fermi arcs in TaP

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a model of the Swiss Light Source at the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI) in Lausanne, Switzerland, which is used for the development and development of a new light source.
