Journal ArticleDOI

Autoantibodies as Potential Biomarkers for the Early Detection of Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma.

TL;DR: Measurement of an autoantibody response to multiple tumor-associated antigens in an optimized panel assay, to help discriminate early-stage ESCC patients from normal controls, may aid in early detection of ESCC.
Journal ArticleDOI

Involvement of CYR61 and CTGF in the Fascin-Mediated Proliferation and Invasiveness of Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinomas Cells

TL;DR: It is proposed that fascin regulates the proliferation and invasiveness of ESCC cells by modulating the expression of CTGF and CYR61 via TGF-beta pathway.
Journal ArticleDOI

ATF3 functions as a novel tumor suppressor with prognostic significance in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

TL;DR: A suppressed role for ATF3 is highlighted in ESCC and targeting ATF3 might be a potential therapeutic strategy, and it is shown that Cisplatin could restrain the invasion of ESCC cells by inducing the expression of ATF3 via P53 signaling.
Journal ArticleDOI

Association of mu-opioid receptor expression with lymph node metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.

TL;DR: The results suggest that the cytoplasmic MOR1 may be a high-risk factor for lymph node metastasis of ESCC patients and hypothesize that MOR1 agonists used in ES CC patients should be prudent, and opioid receptor antagonists may be novel therapeutic drugs for ESCC customers.
