BEOL-Compatible Superlattice FEFET Analog Synapse With Improved Linearity and Symmetry of Weight Update

TL;DR: A novel approach for designing the gate-stack of an FEFET analog synapse using a superlattice (SL) of ferroelectric (FE)/dielectric (DE)/FE with improved weight update profile, resulting in 94.1% online training accuracy for MNIST handwritten digit classification task.
Journal ArticleDOI

Teaching Differently: The Digital Signal Processing of Multimedia Content Through the Use of Liberal Arts

TL;DR: In this paper, a methodology that incorporates liberal arts concepts into the teaching of signal processing techniques was proposed to increase comprehension and memorization of abstract concepts by stimulating students' creativity and curiosity.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Minimizing Age of Information on NOMA Communication Schemes for Vehicular Communication Applications

TL;DR: An improved user perception of fairness in regard to the freshness of information at the destination is verified in relation to the power-domain NOMA to reduce the overall AoI.
Journal ArticleDOI

Cryoprotective Effects of Ergothioneine and Isoespintanol on Canine Semen.

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of ergothioneine and isoespintanol on the quality of thawed canine semen was evaluated using computerized analysis; determined morphology by eosin-nigrosin staining; functional membrane integrity using hypoosmotic tests, and structural membrane and acrosome integrity; mitochondrial membrane potential by fluorescence microscopy; and ROS production by spectrophotometry.
