NaLi-H1: A universal synthetic library of humanized nanobodies providing highly functional antibodies and intrabodies
Sandrine Moutel,Sandrine Moutel,Sandrine Moutel,Nicolas Bery,Nicolas Bery,Virginie Bernard,Laura Keller,Laura Keller,Emilie Lemesre,Emilie Lemesre,Ario de Marco,Laetitia Ligat,Jean-Christophe Rain,Gilles Favre,Gilles Favre,Aurélien Olichon,Aurélien Olichon,Franck Perez,Franck Perez +18 more
TL;DR: This work describes the first fully synthetic phage display library of humanized llama single domain antibody (NaLi-H1: Nanobody Library Humanized 1), based on a humanized synthetic singledomain antibody (hs2dAb) scaffold optimized for intracellular stability, which provides high affinity binders without animal immunization.
Journal ArticleDOI
First-in-man Phase 1 Clinical Trial of Gene Therapy for Advanced Pancreatic Cancer: Safety, Biodistribution, and Preliminary Clinical Findings
Louis Buscail,Barbara Bournet,Barbara Bournet,Fabienne Vernejoul,Gilles Cambois,Hubert Lulka,Hubert Lulka,Naïma Hanoun,Naïma Hanoun,Marlène Dufresne,Marlène Dufresne,Aline Meulle,Aline Meulle,Alix Vignolle-Vidoni,Alix Vignolle-Vidoni,Laetitia Ligat,Laetitia Ligat,Nathalie Saint-Laurent,Nathalie Saint-Laurent,Frédéric Pont,Frédéric Pont,Sébastien Déjean,Marion Gayral,Marion Gayral,Frédéric Martins,Jérôme Torrisani,Jérôme Torrisani,Odile Barbey,Fabian Gross,Rosine Guimbaud,Rosine Guimbaud,Philippe Otal,Frédéric Lopez,Frédéric Lopez,Gérard Tiraby,Pierre Cordelier,Pierre Cordelier +36 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that CYL-02 nonviral gene therapy has a favorable safety profile and is well tolerated in patients and predictive biomarkers of response to treatment were identified, and these promising results warrant further evaluation in phase 2 clinical trial.
Journal ArticleDOI
Analysis of the xylem sap proteome of Brassica oleracea reveals a high content in secreted proteins.
Laetitia Ligat,Laetitia Ligat,Emmanuelle Lauber,Cécile Albenne,Cécile Albenne,Hélène San Clemente,Hélène San Clemente,Benoît Valot,Michel Zivy,Rafael Pont-Lezica,Rafael Pont-Lezica,Matthieu Arlat,Matthieu Arlat,Elisabeth Jamet,Elisabeth Jamet +14 more
TL;DR: The proteome of Brassica oleracea cv Bartolo was studied and it was found that proteases and oxido‐reductases were more numerous in the xylem sap proteome, whereas enzyme inhibitors were rare.
Journal ArticleDOI
Identification of a tumor-promoter cholesterol metabolite in human breast cancers acting through the glucocorticoid receptor.
Maud Voisin,Philippe de Medina,Arnaud Mallinger,Florence Dalenc,Emilie Huc-Claustre,Julie Leignadier,Nizar Serhan,Regis Soules,Gregory Segala,Aurélie Mougel,Emmanuel Noguer,Loubna Mhamdi,Elodie Bacquié,Luigi Iuliano,Chiara Zerbinati,Magali Lacroix-Triki,Léonor Chaltiel,Thomas Filleron,Vincent Cavaillès,Talal Al Saati,Philippe Rochaix,Raphaëlle Duprez-Paumier,Camille Franchet,Laetitia Ligat,Frédéric Lopez,Michel Record,Marc Poirot,Sandrine Silvente-Poirot +27 more
TL;DR: The analysis of several human BC mRNA databases indicated that 11βHSD2 and ChEH overexpression correlated with a higher risk of patient death, highlighting that the biosynthetic pathway producing OCDO is of major importance to BC pathology.
Journal ArticleDOI
Dendrogenin A drives LXR to trigger lethal autophagy in cancers.
Gregory Segala,Gregory Segala,Marion David,Philippe de Medina,Mathias C. Poirot,Nizar Serhan,François Vergez,Aurélie Mougel,Estelle Saland,Kevin Carayon,Julie Leignadier,Nicolas Caron,Maud Voisin,Julia Cherier,Laetitia Ligat,Frédéric Lopez,Emmanuel Noguer,Arnaud Rives,Bruno Payré,Talal Al Saati,Antonin Lamaziere,Gaëtan Despres,Jean-Marc A. TL;DR: Dendrogenin A can induce autophagy-mediated cell death in both melanoma and acute myeloid leukaemia, and this study reveals that DDA can direct control a nuclear receptor to trigger lethal Autophagy in cancers.
