Journal ArticleDOI

Allogeneic stem cell transplantation for patients with relapsed or refractory T-cell lymphoma: efficacy of lymphoma-directed conditioning against advanced disease.

TL;DR: Lymphoma-directed conditioning with fludarabin, busulfan and cyclophosphamid (FBC-12), and allogeneic stem cell transplantation resulted in long-term survival for a proportion of patients with r/r peripheral T-cell lymphoma, including those with PR and SD only after salvage therapy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Lifelong persistence of AML associated MLL partial tandem duplications (MLL-PTD) in healthy adults

TL;DR: The ubiquitous presence of MLL-PTD in cord blood implicates a lifelong exposure, not an accumulation during lifetime, and factors also present in the stem cell subfraction seem not to be major determinants in MLL -PTD leukemogenesis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Report of a workshop on malignant lymphoma: a review of molecular and clinical risk profiling

TL;DR: In mantle cell lymphoma it has been proven that pathogenesis and prognosis mainly depend on deregulation of the cell cycle, and a reliable clinical risk score could be established, and several mechanisms of transformation seem to exist.
