Low-power BiCMOS circuits for high-speed interchip communication

TL;DR: In this article, a universal BiCMOS low-voltage-swing transceiver (driver/receiver) with low on-chip power consumption is reported. But the transceiver can drive/receive signals from several lowvoltage swing transceivers with termination voltages ranging from 5 V down to 2 V and frequencies well above 1 GHz.
Journal ArticleDOI

Schottky merged BiCMOS structures

TL;DR: In this article, a new merged BiCMOS structure was presented, which incorporated a Schottky diode between the base and the collector of the n-p-n bipolar transistor.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

AHDL modelling to support top-down design of mixed-signal ASICs

TL;DR: In this article, two top-down modeling approaches for a new mixed-signal Artificial Neural Network (ANN) are presented illustrating how analog hardware description languages (AHDL) are making topdown design of mixed signal ASICs realistic.
