A dynamic current mode logic family

TL;DR: In this article, a dynamic current mode circuit for lowvoltage and high performance VLSI applications is presented, comprising a MOS current mode logic block and dynamic circuitry for precharging the outputs of the output of the logic block, cross-coupled latches for enhancing performance of the MOS logic block during an evaluation phase thereof, and dynamic current source for enhanced speed and low power consumption.

Optimal synthesis of high-performance architectures

TL;DR: An integer programming (IP) model, which simultaneously schedules and allocates functional units, registers, and buses, is presented for synthesizing cost-constrained globally optimal architectures, which are synthesized in faster CPU times than in previous research.
